If you are not 100% satisfied with your in-store purchase from Reinspired Treasures, you may return it to the store within 10 days for exchange or store credit that may be used toward a subsequent purchase. Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. We require that you must have a receipt or proof of purchase. Sorry, we cannot accept returns of custom ordered merchandise. Anything purchased at a red-lined discounted price is a FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items. Any treasures you purchased online may be returned within 30 days of shipping for exchange or store credit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was shipped, unfortunately your purchase is no longer returnable.
Items purchased online may be returned to our store or by shipping the item back to us. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If shipping the item back to us, you must contact us via email at CustomerService@ReinspiredTreasures.com to receive a return authorization. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 days for package transit when shipping your return. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day acceptable window.
